Stop the Conspiracy of the Islamic Republic of Iran and INTERPOL
• Notable progress in the campaign against the conspiracy of the Islamic Republic against the activists and personalities of the opposition parties abroad
• The Interpol has withdrawn the names of the 13 Iranian opposition activists from its public domains
• However, away from the public eye, the list remains visibl
e to states and governmental institutions.
• The Campaign of Stop the Conspiracy of the Islamic Republic and Interpol against political activists continues its efforts for complete withdrawal of the list from all public and private domains.
Stop Conspiracy of the Islamic Republic and Interpol began its campaign in December 2009, in opposition to the publication of the listing of 13 political activists whose names were given by the security services of the Islamic Republic to the Interpol as criminals.
Since last May, the Campaign has been in contact with the Fair Trials International, an NGO of lawyers and activists against the injustices in Britain, to exert concentrated political and legal pressure on the cooperation of the Interpol and the intelligence services of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
As a result of this pressure, the Interpol has been forced to withdraw the names of the 13 activists from its public domains.
According to the investigations of the Fair Trials International, the published list is not completely withdrawn yet, and remains accessible to governments and their institutions.
The Campaign urges all to continue with their activities and supports until the Interpol withdraws the list from all domains.
Extending gratitude to the Fair Trials International for its efforts, the Campaign congratulates the political activists in the Iranian opposition as well as all those who have supported the Campaign for the achievements of this progress.
